Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days of receiving payment.
Orders are not processed, dispatched, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, product launches, promotions, or seasonal events, processing times may be slightly longer.
If there is a significant delay in dispatching your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
UK Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
- Tracked Delivery: 1–3 working days
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before payment is completed.
Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website.
Order Tracking
Where a tracked service is selected, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.
LOCHATS cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

International Shipping
International shipping is not currently available.
Should international shipping become available in the future, additional delivery times, customs charges, taxes, and duties may apply.
