Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Hygiene Policy
For hygiene reasons, hats that have been worn outside, washed, altered, damaged, or used for extended periods may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty.
LOCHATS reserves the right to refuse a refund where a returned item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
Customised or Personalised Items
Any personalised, customised, or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless faulty.
